Inkyz Printclear warrants all of its supplies for use in photocopiers, faxes, and printers. Each product has been specifically manufactured for use in the corresponding machines as described by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

Compatible and remanufactured cartridges are warranted to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship. These cartridges are manufactured and remanufactured to the most stringent quality control standards possible, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the OEM.

Inkyz Printclear also warrants that under normal use, these cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible machine.

Inkyz Printclear liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement of defective item. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

The tampering of any Inkyz Printclear cartridge by any person or persons, other than by a Inkyz Printclear representative, voids all warranties and releases Inkyz Printclear from all liability. Inkyz Printclear limited warranty is void on all remanufactured cartridges that are more than 12 Months old from the date of purchase, or have been used more than 70% by weight.

For all claims of defective products purchased from Inkyz Printclear the customer must notify Inkyz Printclear to obtain a RMA number for the defective product.
